FEES are structured based on the type of service and are priced by the hour. In addition, a set intake fee is charged. All fees must be paid prior to services rendered. Payment of intake fee is due prior to scheduling intake session. At intake, the number of hours for two months of service will be estimated and payment made before services start. Client will receive monthly statements of services used. Additional payments must be made before additional services are rendered.

Supervised Visitation

Intake includes full assessment, interview with both parents, explanation of program, conditions, and continuing process, payment plan, one follow-up phone call to parents from Program Manager, all other paperwork.

Supervised Visitation Sessions with Professional:                                           $ 60/hour** Trained professional observes during the parent-child visit, factually recording interactions on an observation log and ensuring safety.

Coordination Fee – Will be imposed for instances such as below:                      $ 60/hour Disagreement between the parents/custodians regarding time and place of the visit; approval or disapproval of visitors being at the visit; follow up phone calls regarding the visit; collaboration with therapist; visits not cancelled 24 hours in advance of a scheduled visit.

Telephone Monitoring

Summary Reports Required by Courts

Home Studies/Assessments
Custody-Related Home Study:                                                                   $70 per hour

Court Appearances
Professional's Testimony in Court:                                                             $100 per hour per professional, plus expenses.

**All hourly rates are charged in 15-minute increments, including telephone calls to the assigned professional. All fees must be paid by money order, certified check or confirmed wire transfer. Payments received by wire transfer incur a $10 bank fee; therefore, wire transfers must include the $10 fee.
